However, Aniston’s appearance in the magazine drew mixed reactions from the online community. Some voiced concerns over her expression, with one user asking, “Is Jen trying to smile but can’t?”

Another quipped, “Is Kate Middleton an intern in the illustration dept because what is going on with Jennifer’s face?” Comments like “Jen’s face??? Just weird” showcased confusion over her look in the photo.

Aniston’s magazine cover came a few weeks after she was spotted leaving a renowned plastic surgery office with Sandra Bullock and Amanda Anka (Jason Bateman’s wife).

The trio was seen at The Retreat At Split Rock in Greenwich, Connecticut, an establishment known for its high-end facial surgeries, including upper and lower face lifts costing between $50,000 to $100,000, as well as brow and eye lifts at around $30,000 each.

Overseen by Dr. Neil A Gordon, a specialist in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, the cosmetic surgery clinic offers facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty as well, as his area of expertise. The facility also offers injectables like a full face of Botox costing around $3,000 and Kybella at $6,000. Although there was no confirmation as to what Aniston’s treatment was, if any, she once talked about not using injectables.

In 2014, she candidly shared, “I’m not injecting anything into my face,” she asserts, emphasizing the beauty of natural aging and learning from the visibly strained attempts of others to maintain their youth.

As a celebrity, paparazzi photos are nothing new to Aniston. She is vocal about her indifference towards the unwanted photographers and the critics who scrutinize celebrities.

Aniston conveyed a sense of detachment from the fleeting nature of paparazzi photographs. She said, “If they get a picture, that picture comes and goes, so who cares?”

“Then you have 30 mean people who sit at their computers and spend their entire day picking apart and insulting celebrities about how ugly they are just so they can feel better—I guess—about themselves. I don’t understand it,” she added.
